Course Description
Within a company, the ability to make decisions is essential to maintain growth and existence amidst the dynamics of change. The need to learn how to make decisions logically, systematically, and objectively is presented in a two-day Problem-Solving Decision-Making training course using the SAPADAPPA method (the primary method) and 9-Box Thinking, as well as creative lateral thinking, to find out of-the-box or unprecedented solutions.

Learning Objectives
- Participants are expected to understand and be able to use linear thinking using the SAPADAPPA technique and the 9-box thinking system method.
- Participants understand and be able to practice lateral thinking using creative thinking methods using Disney creative thinking/Imageneering.
- Participants will be able to understand non-technical problems, namely human behavior and thinking styles that can create conflict if not properly understood.
- Training effectiveness: Achieved at the L3 (behavioral level) where participants identify one problem in their respective work units and create an action plan in the form of an A3 report (1 participant = 1 problem solved).
