Course Description
This training is designed to prepare participants to become Scrum Agile Masters capable of leading teams in effectively implementing the Agile Scrum framework. Participants will understand the principles, practices, and roles of Scrum, as well as be able to manage team dynamics, overcome obstacles, and prepare teams for sustained high performance.

- Prepare for and pass the Scrum Agile Master certification.
